“How do you feed the most amount of people, the best food possible, for the cheapest price possible, whilst employing the most people possible?”. This question has been at the centre of my working life since I was 25 and has served me well in ensuring I understand the complexities of the problems we face within our food system and its’ conflating cultures.

I work primarily in local food system settings to understand the structural barriers that prevent the success of ecological / more structurally conscious businesses. I practically implement the circular economy and am trained in sustainable policy processes and design. As a business developer I ask the question, “how can we co-design a developmental business?”
