The Diversity Directory is the passion project of two local business women: Kate Wright and Hilary Jeune.
Kate Wright founded The Diversity Network with Sam Duffy in 2017 as a business network and D&I consultancy with a not for profit ethos to inspire, support and facilitate greater diversity and inclusion across Jersey’s business community.
In addition to running TDN, Kate also delivers HR Consultancy services in the UK and Channel Islands through her business Arbre Consulting. She is Vice-Chair of Women in Politics, a Trustee of the Jersey Community Relations Trust and a member of the IOD-Jersey’s D&I sub-committee.
Hilary Jeune is an experienced influencer, researcher and policy advisor. She has a proven track record in influencing legislation and policy areas such as (Fair) Trade rules and practices, climate change, reducing inequality and the quantity and quality of sustainable and climate finance.
