Jennifer is co-founder of Amicus Limited, a leadership development consultancy recognised for the last 4 years by the Financial Times as one of the UK’s leading management consulting firms.
Jennifer is President of Jersey Chamber of Commerce and is on the Board of Jersey Business Limited and the Channel Islands Cooperative Society. She is an accomplished industrial engineer and has spent the past 25 years working around the world for international blue-chip corporations, including Digicel, a $3bn global telecommunications & entertainment provider where she was Chief People Officer and Mars Incorporated, where she was instrumental in creating and running their successful global corporate university.
Jennifer is an experienced and thought provoking public speaker and panel member. Jersey is home but Jennifer brings a truly international perspective having lived in UK, Germany, South Africa, Bermuda and Jamaica.
