Kate is an experienced and engaging public speaker, specialising in Diversity and Inclusion and cultural change.
In 2017, Kate co-founded The Diversity Network, a business networking group with a not for profit ethos and specialist Diversity and Inclusion consultancy and training provider – that aims to actively facilitate change and progress Diversity and Inclusion across the business community.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development and Diversity and Inclusion in the UK and Channel Islands, she is driven by a passion to implement inclusive, innovative and practical business solutions through her HR Consultancy business, Arbre Consulting.
Kate is Vice Chair of Women for Politics, a trustee of the Jersey Community Relations Trust, and a member of the IOD-Jersey’s D&I sub-committee.
