With a background in software engineering, I spent a large portion of my career delivering complex technology programmes for multi-jurisdictional organisations in both the private and public sector, both in Jersey and internationally (with Miami being one of the more interesting locations!). I recognised at a point in my career that for change, regardless of what kind, to be successful, it needed to be accepted by those who would realise the benefits. Joining Marbral in 2015, I explored the linkages between the two sometimes polar opposites of technical delivery and people change and it is this understanding of the interrelationship in successful change which sets us (Marbral) apart in our delivery.
