Natasha is Vice Chair of the Institute of Directors in Jersey and Head of Client & Product Development for leading change and project management firm Marbral Advisory.
Her areas of specialism are Marketing & PR, Women in Business, Board Diversity, Change Management and Business.
She is a Guildhall trained public speaker and has hosted and presented at numerous large and small scale events including Disrupt HR, CIM Awards, and the Institute of Directors.
At Marbral Advisory, Natasha is responsible for leading the company’s Marketing & PR strategy, developing new products to support changing market conditions and forging strategic partnerships.
Natasha trained as a journalist and was the editor of luxury magazine LUX1.2 as well as a contributor to business magazines. She spent ten years managing a PR, Marketing and Digital Agency as PR Director. She is an award winning practitioner who also lobbies for industry standards in governance, accountability and professional development.
